Meet Alberta Paschal

Alberta Paschal lives in Taft, about 10 miles from Muskogee. Her small town has one restaurant but no shops so she relies upon Muskogee County Transit to take her to the grocery store and to doctor appointments, and even to exercise at Champions, a 24/7 fitness center. “I don’t drive and if there wasn’t Muskogee County Transit, I wouldn’t be able to get around,” Alberta says. “I know that transit is very, very important not just to me but to everyone that needs a way to get to Muskogee.”
