Meet Lora Williams

As a personal care assistant, Lora Williams relies upon KATS to get her to and from work. “If it weren’t for KATS, I couldn’t get to work therefore I would be on public assistance. I depend upon KATS so I can provide for my family.” Lora says her children use KATS as well to get them to medical appointments and to shop.
