Meet Tommy Smith

As the president and CEO of the Central Oklahoma Federal Credit Union in Stroud, Tommy Smith sees firsthand the barriers created by a lack of funding for public transit especially in a county that has a high poverty rate.  “Many citizens don’t have access to medical care or a means to have basic needs met when transit is not available,” Tommy says.
