Meet Sheila Kirk

As an associate district judge, Sheila Kirk comes face-to-face with the need for public transit. Many of the residents in the county live outside of city limits and without means to public transit, those who have court requirements are unable to meet those requirements. “In order for participants to reform they must have transportation,” Judge Kirk says. “In order to have a higher success rate, Oklahoma needs public transit.”
