Meet Phyllis Rush

As a dispatcher for White Eagle Transit, Phyllis Rush truly understands just how important the service is because she uses it herself. “Before I had a car, my granddaughter and I would use it,” she said. “We’d drop her off at school then I would come on in to work.” Phyllis says she knows that for many of the riders, White Eagle Transit is their only mode of transportation. “I worry when we’re not able to schedule a ride for someone,” Phyllis says. “I wonder ‘how are they going to get where they need to go?’.”
