Pamela Broadway — Oklahoma Faces of Transit

As a driver for LATS, Pamela Broadway enjoys her job of getting people to where they need and want to go. “I’m a driver because I like to provide good customer service,” says Pamela. “I interact with my passengers and ask how their day is going and they interact back with me as well. I tell everyone to have a nice day and they tell me the same. Sometimes I need that to encourage me as well.”
