Susan Nice

Being a driver for First Capital Trolley is one of the most rewarding jobs Susan Nice has ever had. The majority of her passengers rely on public transit to get them to and from vital medical appointments like dialysis and many of them use walkers and canes. Susan says her job allows her to interact with her passengers and learn more about their lives. “I have the opportunity to encourage them and sometimes they just need someone to listen,” she says.
