Meet Chris Nanny

Chris Nanny relies upon public transit to keep her active and engaged in her community. The Norman resident uses an electric scooter for her mobility which means vehicles she uses must have ramps or lifts. “Those vehicles are expensive,” Chris says. “I rely upon public transportation to get me and my scooter where I need to go.” Chris says public transit is important to the community. “It keeps people engaged and allows them to get out when they might otherwise not be able to,” she says. “Getting on the bus everyday gives me a sense of purpose.”
