Meet Marva Sampson
As an administrative assistant for the Choctaw Nation Tribal Council, Marva Sampson knows how important transit is to the people the tribe serves. When Marva recently had knee replacement surgery, she found herself in need of the transit service. “I had no one I could depend on to transport me back and forth from doctor appointments and physical therapy,” Marva says. She says her 84-year-old mother has been using Choctaw Nation Tribal Transit since 2016 to get to her regular dialysis appointments. “It’s a really nice feeling to know that she’s being taken care of,” Marva says.
