Meet Kenneth Claassen

Unable to drive due to a disability, Kenneth Claassen uses Call-A-Ride to take him to and from his job as an instructor at East Central University in Ada. “If the public transit wasn’t available, I would have to hire someone pretty much all the time,” Kenneth explains. “Unless it’s an emergency, public transit is my only option.” Kenneth also uses Call-A-Ride to run errands and get to his frequent doctor appointments. “Transit is extremely important to Ada because a lot of people depend upon the transit system completely,” he says.
